By accessing this website, submitting an application, or booking a call or lesson, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or the services.

Unless otherwise stated, I and/or my licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website — including text, lesson materials, exercises, recordings, and video content. You may access material for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions in these terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute material from this website or from coaching sessions without prior written permission.

Recordings of your own lessons that I share with you are for your personal practice use. They may not be published or distributed without written agreement from both of us.

Coaching Services, Booking, and Cancellation

Free Insight Calls carry no payment obligation. Paid lessons and programs are billed at the price stated at the time of booking or enrollment. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the reschedule or cancellation link in your confirmation, or by contacting me. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Coaching outcomes depend substantially on your own practice and participation. I do not guarantee specific vocal, performance, career, or income results.

Not Medical Advice

Vocal coaching is educational and artistic instruction, not healthcare. Nothing in my services or content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience pain, persistent hoarseness, or symptoms of a vocal or health condition (including reflux or other conditions we may discuss in relation to your singing), consult a qualified physician, laryngologist, or speech-language pathologist. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something discussed in coaching.

You may link to this website or its content provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits within the context of your own site. I reserve the right to request removal of any link to this website at my discretion.
